Education Pathway

Our Education Pathway is designed to bridge the gap between the IFYP and the next steps in a student's academic journey. Through personalized counseling and guidance, we assist students in exploring the different educational options available to them and help them make well-informed decisions.

We provide 3 Faculties with total 20 Bachelor’s Degree Programmes for undergradute students ensuring that they are aware of the diverse range of educational opportunities.

From IFYP to Undergraduate Studies

After completing the International Foundation Year Programme (IFYP), all undergraduate students will be able to enjoy a wide range of opportunities offered by the Centre for Global Engagement (CGE). Students may choose to participate in overseas or exchange programmes to gain valuable international and cross-cultural learning experiences. Students are also encouraged to visit the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) Career Services to explore further career development opportunities, including internships, career guidance, and employer networking.

Students are welcome to visit the HKSYU Job Portal or Other Job Opportunities for part-time job opportunities.
 

Undergraduate Scholarships and Awards

HKSYU offers a range of undergraduate scholarships and awards to recognise students’ outstanding academic and non-academic achievements. These awards aim to encourage academic excellence, continuous improvement, good conduct, and active service to the University and the community. Types of awards include Undergraduate Scholarships, Outstanding Academic Improvement Awards, Service Scholarships, and other fellowship opportunities.
